The YRCI Email account - AKA your Microsoft 365 account - is your primary YRCI systems account. It is used to access YRCI Email, Costpoint, SharePoint, RingCentral, BizLibrary, and other services.
If you do not remember your YRCI password, follow the instructions in this document to reset it before logging in.
When you are on the Enter Password page of any Microsoft 365 page (the Microsoft login page with the Red background and White circles) Click Forgot my password. |

Complete the Robot test, then click Next |

Select your Verification method on the left, then follow the instructions for your selected method on the right.
Do this for two methods of verification, then you will be presented with a page to change your YRCI email password.

Error when attempting to reset your password
If you receive the following error, you need to have Multi-Factor Authentication turned on for your account. Contact YRCI IT Support by phone at 703.259.9499 for assistance.
